John G. Boehme is a Canadian interdisciplinary artist whose work spans performance, video, installation, and social practice. His art critically engages themes of power, identity, labour, and the everyday through embodied actions that provoke reflection and dialogue. With a practice rooted in disruption and vulnerability, Boehme challenges normative systems and invites audiences into complex relational experiences. As an educator and curator, he fosters experimental, inclusive, and politically conscious spaces for both emerging and established artists. Internationally exhibited and deeply committed to community, Boehme’s work resists easy definition—embracing hybridity, risk, and the transformative potential of the live.
